Promptly by O2 Duo provides healthcare dispatch and booking coordination between customers, providers, and assigned medical personnel.

• Profile and request data: address, service preferences, visit details.
• Location data: approximate and precise location while you use location features (for example, when requesting or tracking a visit).
• Technical identifiers: user IDs, push notification subscription IDs.
• Payment-related data: payment method tokens/metadata processed through Stripe.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide app functionality (account login, booking, assignment matching, tracking).
• Maintain real-time service status and ETA updates.
• Send operational notifications.
• Process payments and payouts.
• Prevent fraud/spam and improve service reliability.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate the app:

• Firebase (authentication, database, storage)
• Supabase (database, authentication, realtime)
• OneSignal (push notifications)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Maps / Location APIs

We do not sell personal data.

Data is transmitted over encrypted network connections (TLS/HTTPS). We apply platform and backend controls to reduce unauthorized access.

6. Retention

Data is retained only as needed for app operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention, then deleted or anonymized according to operational policy.

Users can:

• Manage runtime permissions in Android/iOS settings.
• Disable notifications at the OS level.

The app is not intended for children under the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction unless explicitly permitted by applicable law and product policy.
